cooling the body

Cooling the body after exercise and its goals

-In short, cooling the body is done to prevent sports injuries

-The person should reduce the intensity of his activity and training, that is, shift the intensity of his activity from heavy exercises to exercises and light movements, and then complete his activity by doing stretching exercises.

 Cooling goals

- Lactic acid levels in muscle and blood decrease faster than at rest when you cool down and return to exercise.

- Light activity causes the muscles of the limbs to contract, which reduces the accumulation of blood in the limbs, especially the legs, by creating pump-like movements.  Preventing blood clots reduces the possibility of delayed muscle stiffness and even tendency to weakness and dizziness.
