Anaerobic, on the other hand, meaning without oxygen–any action that produces energy without oxygen and is performed at a medium to high-intensity level for less than two minutes is usually classified as anaerobic.
Anaerobic exercise is a type of exercise that has a reduced impact on your cardiovascular system and lasts for a shorter duration than aerobic exercise.
Even though anaerobic activity necessitates an aerobic base, it offers the advantages of reduced body fat, increased muscle growth, and better strength, power, and speed. Activities like weight lifting and sprints are examples of anaerobic exercise.
So, which sort of exercise is the most beneficial? The answer is that to acquire optimal physical fitness, you must train to develop your aerobic and anaerobic capacities, rather than focusing on one type of exercise.
